Meze is the table’s opening line. It is prepared in the kitchen every day, never made ahead and left waiting. Alongside classics like hummus, haydari, atom and şakşuka there are seasonal plates.
Portions are built for sharing. For a large table we would suggest starting with a mixed meze platter.
The meze side is already broad for vegetarian guests — tell us and we can lay the whole table without meat.
